What to Expect

Ahead of the event you will receive a QR code. Please bring this code with you to pick up your badge.
- Badge pickup will be on Floor 3 of the Suwon Convention Center.

Coffee and cookies will be provided in the morning

Lunch break will occur on both day 1 and day 2 at 1200 PM. Lunch will be offsite. At badge pickup you will receive a Meal Coupon to visit a nearby restaurant for lunch.

There is no dedicated WiFi for the Event so please use the publically available WiFI.

Public Transportation Card
In South Korea, you need a specific card (transport card) to use public transport. Please refer to the following guide to purchase and use them.
- The card is stored-value and must be reloaded with credit at Korean convenience stores.

Incheon Airport
- You can purchase and use the Korea Tour Card at Incheon International Airport.
- Place of purchase: Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 Level 1, Airport Bus Ticket Office (between Gate 8 and 9)
Gimpo Airport(Vending machines)
- In front of the Gimpo Airport Station ticket gate (Gimpo Airport Station connecting ticket gate on B1F - next to E-Mart 24)
- It can be used on buses, subways, trains, express buses, and more.
How to recharge your credit
- Credit recharges are only available in Korean Won CASH.
- Credit can be reloaded in increments of 1000 won.
- You can top up at convenience stores (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, MINISTOP, Story Way, Emart24, 365PLUS).
- Subway Station: Top-up machine including One-time ticket issuer, Tmoney vending machine, portable reload machine, Information Center

- Terminal 2: You can purchase bus tickets and get information at ticketing offices indoors on The 2nd Transportation Center (B1)

Take Exit 4 -> Go straight for 2 blocks -> Turn left, go straight ahead and cross the street at the second pedestrian crossing on the right -> Go straight on for about 200 meters and it will be on your right.
