What to Expect

  • Ahead of the event you will receive a QR code. Please bring this code with you to pick up your badge.

    • Badge pickup will be on Floor 3 of the Suwon Convention Center.
  • Coffee and cookies will be provided in the morning

  • Lunch break will occur on both day 1 and day 2 at 1200 PM. Lunch will be offsite. At badge pickup you will receive a Meal Coupon to visit a nearby restaurant for lunch.

  • There is no dedicated WiFi for the Event so please use the publically available WiFI.

Public Transportation Card

In South Korea, you need a specific card (transport card) to use public transport. Please refer to the following guide to purchase and use them.

  • The card is stored-value and must be reloaded with credit at Korean convenience stores.
  • Cost: 4,000 KRW

Incheon Airport

  • You can purchase and use the Korea Tour Card at Incheon International Airport.
  • Place of purchase: Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 Level 1, Airport Bus Ticket Office (between Gate 8 and 9)

Gimpo Airport(Vending machines)

  • In front of the Gimpo Airport Station ticket gate (Gimpo Airport Station connecting ticket gate on B1F - next to E-Mart 24)
  • It can be used on buses, subways, trains, express buses, and more.

How to recharge your credit

  • Credit recharges are only available in Korean Won CASH.
  • Credit can be reloaded in increments of 1000 won.
  • You can top up at convenience stores (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, MINISTOP, Story Way, Emart24, 365PLUS).
  • Subway Station: Top-up machine including One-time ticket issuer, Tmoney vending machine, portable reload machine, Information Center

Traveling from ICN

Taxi

  • Stop locations:

    • Terminal 1: Use Exits 5 or 6, cross the crosswalk and you will see the taxi stand.
    • Terminal 2: Use Exits 3 or 4, cross the crosswalk and you will see the taxi stand.

  • Travel time: approx. 1 and half hours.

  • Cost: Around 88,000 KRW(Depends on traffic)

Bus (Express Bus)

To get to the Suwon Convention Center, purchase a ticket for the express bus 8866, 8877 or N8877 and board.

  • Purchase your ticket in advance or at a bus ticket office:

    • Terminal 1: You can purchase tickets and get information at the bus ticket offices indoor and outdoor on the 1st floor of Passenger Terminal 1.
    • Terminal 2: You can purchase bus tickets and get information at ticketing offices indoors on The 2nd Transportation Center (B1)
  • Bus stop

    • Terminal 1: 1 Floor No.7
    • Terminal 2: Transportation center Basement 1 No.40
  • Boarding information(No. 8866, 8877 or N8877)

  • Travel time: approx. 2 hours

  • Cost: 10,200 KRW

Subway

  • Station location

  • From Incheon Airport Railway, you will arrive at Gwanggyo Jungang Station via 2 transfers:

    • Incheon Int’l Airport(Light Blue Airport Rail) -> Gimpo Airport(Ochre Line 9)

      • via 7 stations(39 min).
    • Gimpo Airport(Ochre Line 9) ->Sinnonhyeon Station(Red Line Sinbundang)

      • via 23 stations(53 min).
    • Sinnonhyeon Station(Red Line Sinbundang) -> Gwanggyo Central Station

      • via 12 stations(36 min).
    • Take Exit 4 -> Go straight for 2 blocks -> Turn left, go straight ahead and cross the street at the second pedestrian crossing on the right -> Go straight on for about 200 meters and it will be on your right.

  • Travel Time: approx. 3 hours.

  • Cost: 7,150 KRW

Public Transportation Information

Taxi

It is located at the end of Gate 1.

    • Operation Hours : (For Airport) The First Bus 05:05, The Last Bus 20:20 (For Suwon) The First Bus 06:50, The Last Bus 22:25
    • Time : (Express Bus) Interval 60~130 min, (Normal Bus) Interval 34 ~ 40 min
    • Bus Route(Express) : Gimpo Airport ↔ Seo Suwon Bus Terminal ↔ Suwon Station ↔ Dong Suwon ↔ Take buses 20, 20-1(stop across the street)
    • Fare : KRW 7,450
    • Location : (International Terminal) No. 1 on the 2nd floor.

Subway

Go through the Gimpo Airport arrival gate and follow the signs to the left to board Line 9.

  • Time: 2 hours

  • Subway Route:

    • Gimpo Airport -> Sinnonhyeon Station
    • via 23 stations(53min)
    • Sinnonhyeon Station(Red Line Sinbundang) -> Gwanggyo Central Station
    • via 12 stations(12min)
